HiAcuity is a software provider offering an Applicant Tracking System (“ATS”) and Assessment Platform with its principal head office in Melbourne, Australia. When you use HiAcuity products or services, HiAcuity Pty Ltd acts as the data controller determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

For customer organization employees accessing our software, we process your full name, job title, company name, corporate email address, geographic location, and platform telemetry. This data enables license provisioning, contract execution, account security, billing, and continuity.
When administrative users register an account to access the ATS and Assessment portals, we process registration details (name, email, country, job title) under the contractual terms governing our Services.
When job candidates apply for an open role and submit their application details via HiAcuity software, the following information is securely processed:
* HiAcuity's Smart Interview module records audio and generates transcripts solely to evaluate role candidate performance and deliver data-driven candidate insights.
Subject to contractual agreements, anonymized or aggregated interaction data processed within HiAcuity software may be utilized for machine learning models and continuous algorithmic feature enhancements.
Our Services may interface with third-party software applications that operate independently of HiAcuity sub-processors. Data provided to external tools is governed strictly by the respective third-party vendor privacy terms.
When submitting support inquiries, we process contact information required to resolve issues. We encourage users to limit shared details strictly to relevant technical logs and diagnostic data.
